Vastint Poland signed another major lease for office space in the Business Garden PoznaÅ„ with the new tenant, MAN, which will occupy 2,680 m2 in the corner building at MarceliÅ„ska Street. The relocation of the operating activity of the company rendering services in respect of financial and accounting processes and purchase process support for MAN group companies in Europe, will occur in mid 2016.  Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction.

“Business Garden once again emphasises its important place on the business map of PoznaÅ„. MAN Accounting Center was one of the first companies representing the business services sector which started their operations in PoznaÅ„ a few years ago and we are now observing its dynamic development,” says Sebastian Bedekier, Regional Director of Colliers International in PoznaÅ„.

Business Garden is located at the intersection of Marcelińska and Bułgarska in the Marcelin District of Poznań. Ultimately, it will comprise nine buildings with the planned total area of 80,000 m2. The first phase of the project commissioned at the beginning of this year delivered 42,000 m2 of modern office space with excellent access to the city infrastructure. The complex offers a number of amenities and services to tenants. The project also encompasses many solutions intended to reduce energy and water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and produced waste, which is confirmed by a LEED Platinum certificate granted to all four buildings.

The office complex in PoznaÅ„ offers ideal environment supporting business processes and development of operating centres of companies representing BPO, SSC and IT sectors. Thus far more than 50% of leasable space has been commercialised. The Business Garden’s tenants include: ADM, intelligence, Medi Partner (Medicover), BZ WBK, Capgemini and the canteen operator: Marchewkowe Pole.
