Vastint is pleased to inform that Capgemini has signed a lease agreement for 600 m2 of office space at the Business Garden office complex in Poznań. In the new office IT professionals will create individual IT solutions for renowned customers of the company. In the transaction the tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

Business Garden is located at the intersection of MarceliÅ„ska and BuÅ‚garska Street in the Marcelin District of PoznaÅ„. Ultimately, it will comprise nine buildings with a total planned area of 80,000 m2.  The first phase of the project which was commissioned at the beginning of 2015 delivered 42,000 m2 of A class office space. The complex comprises many solutions for the reduction of energy and water consumption, emissions of greenhouse gases and quantities of produced waste, based on LEED Platinum certification requirements.
