Volvo Polska is proud to announce that the company received the Top Employers certificate for its unique employment policy.

International survey conducted annually by the Top Employers Institute in the whole world finds leading global employers: those who create excellent work conditions for their employees, nurture talent and enable development at all levels and strive for constant improvement of employment practices.
The Institute announced the results of this year’s survey regarding work conditions in major employers in Poland. Volvo Polska belongs to the prestigious group of organisations which received the Top Employers Polska 2015 certificate.

The key in the process of Top Employers project is that all participants have to go through a detailed examination and meet its high standards. Only then can they receive the certificate. An independent audit of all the answers is an additional guarantee of a properly executed process. It means that this year’s survey confirmed the high employment standards in Volvo Polska and introduced it to the narrow group of Top Employers certificate holders.
