Nordea is still at the top of the best banks offering services to companies, according to the „Forbes” monthly

Nordea Bank Polska is in second position in the ranking of the best banks offering services to companies, prepared by the „Forbes” monthly.

The ranking, based on a mystery shopping study, made by TNS OBOP, included a classification of 24 banks. The auditors who assessed the banks took into consideration among others: the professionalism of customer service, the speed of opening and closing an account, additional products proposed to entrepreneurs, the deposit offer and the terms of the revolving credit. The costs of the use of a company account and the customer-friendly layout of the bank outlets also played a major role in the appraisal.

– The very high position of Nordea Bank Polska in the „Forbes” ranking represents a real honour to us – says Włodzimierz Kiciński, the President of Nordea Bank Polska. – All the more significant that it is not the first time that „Forbes” has appreciated us. We can already boast a distinction received last year for the cheapest company account (eFirma), attractively priced term deposits (Nordea Progres) and the most advantageous economical credit card (Nordea Aspiracje). Entrepreneurs represent a very important group of customers to our bank. I would like to encourage those who have not yet taken advantage of our services to do so – Nordea Bank means Scandinavian quality at a reasonable price.
