Peter Nielsen & Partners Law Office has been appointed by the new stock market in Warszawa – NewConnect – as Authorised Adviser. This means that PNP is able to advise on and lead IPO’s (initial public offerings) on this market and to advise the companies concerning rules and obligations while being listed on the market.

The equivalent advice can be given by PNP in connection with listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange itself.
