Paper, aluminium, PET bottles and the electrowaste - are items that can be given away during the Huge Waste Collection organized by Parki Handlowe Janki and Targówek and IKEA Warsaw this weekend.

Collection contractor is Stena Recycling.

Everyone who brings unnecessary items will receive seedlings in return. However, it is worth to be familiar with the rules of the action and check what items you will be able to give over. Collection will take place in two locations: October 11th at the car parking near the IKEA store Targówek and October 12th at the car parking near the IKEA store Janki between 10: 00-18:00.

The waste collection will be accompanied by an ecoworkshop run by the Ptaki Polskie association - building feeders and nest boxes for birds from recycled materials, also the ability to compare hands with birds wings span. During the action the Stena Recycling experts will tell how the recovery of recyclable materials from used mattresses looks like. They will also present the fate of worn out car, after it enters the STENA AutoZÅ‚om disassembly station. The event will also be accompanied by ecological quiz and a competition - throwing waste to the goal. The shops located in the Park Handlowy Targówek, Domoteka and Park Handlowy Janki also joined the action by preparing special discounts for customers.
