This issue is dedicated exclusively to verdict of Voivodship Administration Court concerning financing of medical treatment abroad by National Health Fund.

This is the breakthrough verdict. It is the first time, when the administrative court has confirmed wrong practice of National Health Fund regarding the interpretation of “guaranteed set of health care services”. It has been also questioned the practice of NFZ’s narrow intepretation of “guaranteed service”.
