This month the negotiations between Warmia-Mazury Special Economic Zone and Finish paper manufacturer – Stora Enso is going to be concluded and result in issuing a permit for Stora Enso  to locate themselves in the OstroÅ‚eka sub-zone. The declared Stora Enso capital investment is 1.2 million PLN and they will create app. 100 workplaces. 

This investment will be the biggest foreign investment started in Poland in 2008. The investment will be publicly supported in the form of income tax concessions.
