DSV Group Poland: Quality audits DSV Road
12-03-2014Even 30 times in a year – that is show often DSV Road verifies the quality of its services using internal audits. Regular assessment combined with constant improvements are aimed at sustaining high quality standards among the whole company.
"Periodical audits are the key to keep up with our business environment. We are very strict in abiding our predetermined audit timetable, which enables us to sustain the same, high quality standard in all of our operating locations. Furthermore we’re also regularly assessing the productivity and efficiency of our new projects and services" – says Cecylia SkorupiĹ„ska, Quality Manager in DSV Road.
DSV Road’s approach has proven successful. Quality of company’s services is also regularly audited by clients, who confirm DSV’s findings. DSV Road has also recently completed an annual customer satisfaction survey, with the main goal of identifying company’s strengths, together with areas that need further improvement. The 2013 survey found that company’s most acknowledged qualities are delivery time, reliability and good communication. Within our day-to-day cooperation with clients it’s the flexibility and client service that stick out the most. General score of satisfaction index among clients reached 8 on a scale from 1 to 10.
