The DSV Daily Pallet service has been awarded for excellence by BIFA (British International Freight Association) in European Logistics category. Ceremony took place in md January during 25th anniversary event in London.

The judges were impressed by DSV’s decision to conduct extensive customer research and then invest in IT systems and new operational structures to set up DSV Daily Pallet. The judges continued that new service has resulted in shorter transit times and further improved reliability which has increased customer satisfaction. DSV Daily Pallet offers daily departures to 32 European countries via a hub in Germany and operates in addition to DSV’s existing direct routes. The service includes easy online booking, daily pick-up and departure and on-time delivery.
