„Co-operation with Skanska Property Poland was of top standard right from the start. Already at contract signing we were in dialogue with architects. Based on a number of sessions they helped us work out what area we need and how to best organize work in our new space. The result was a tailor-made office project, including a number of unique solutions to accommodate areas for individual work, team work as well as relaxation. I can boldly say that our Malta House office will be no worse than the offices of Silicon Valley companies” – said Agnieszka Chojnowska, Wikia Office Manager.
Malta House has also been selected by another modern technology company Sygnity, the software producer designing advanced solutions for business and providing IT services. The company leased office space of 1,089 sqm at the 3rd floor, and plans to move in June 2014. Savills represented Skanska Property Poland, while the tenant was advised by Knight Frank.
O-I, the world's largest glass container manufacturer, will occupy 890 sqm at the 4th floor in the building by Skanska.
O-I is preferred partner for many of the world's leading food and beverage brands. The company delivers safe, sustainable, pure, iconic, brand-building glass packaging to a growing global marketplace. Glass is made from widely available natural raw materials and is infinitely recyclable.
“To O-I maker of glass as one of the most sustainable packaging material, to have a positive impact to environment is important. Therefore, Malta House, designed according to the principles of sustainable development, was a natural choice for our company” – said Viivika Remmel, Country Group Executive for O-I North-East Europe.

The building’s standard and its friendly surroundings ensure exceptionally comfortable work environment – a factor of growing importance to tenant company decision makers who manage relocation processes. It’s not by coincidence that those renowned companies selected this building. Another factor appreciated by tenants is Skanska’s focus on consensus and the developer’s readiness to meet tenants’ requirements” – said Dorota Ejsmont, Associate Director, Tenant Representation with Savills.
Malta House is a class A green office complex in the center of Poznań, near the Maltanskie Lake.
