Studniarek i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawna sp.k., has acted for IPOPEMA Securities S.A., as global coordinator sole bookrunner and offering agent in connection with a PLN 224m equity public offering, conducted by way of an accelerated book building of a new shares issue in Globe Trade Center S.A., one of the leading commercial real estate developers in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.
