Studniarek i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawna sp.k., has advised Vattenfall AB, one of Europe's largest generators of electricity and the largest producer of heat, in connection with the sale of its holding in Polish energy company Enea S.A. Vattenfall’s entire stake, representing 18.67% of the share capital in Enea S.A., was sold for EUR 250 million. The transaction was carried out by way of an accelerated bookbuilding placement and was offered to institutional investors.
