SwedeCenter informs that Deloitte, specializing in comprehensive business related services signed a lease for 380 square meters of office space in Brama Portowa I in Szczecin.

Deloitte leased space on the 6th floor of the building located at the corner of Aleja Niepodległości and Wyszyńskiego, at the place where the historical Grzybek was located. This October Deloitte Tax, Deloitte Audit and Deloitte Legal, Pasternak, Korba i Associates Law Office will move in to the new office. Savills was the agent for this transaction.

Brama Portowa is a complex of two buildings featuring a total of approx. 13,000 square meters of office and commercial space, located in the very center of Szczecin. The project was developed in accordance with the environmentally friendly development principles and meets the LEED certification requirements. The buildings were commissioned in October 2012. The present tenant mix of the Brama Portowa office buildings comprises among others LUX MED, Genpact, Starbucks and ZDiTM.

The owner and manager of the Brama Portowa complex is SwedeCenter forming part of the Property Division of the Inter IKEA Group.
