Medicover has purchased 100% of the shares in DANTEX MED, which has been providing services in primary and secondary health care and diagnostics since 2000.

As a provider of high quality medical services, DANTEX MED is trusted by insurers, businesses and individual patients. The company has four medical centers in Warsaw and works with carefully selected medical partners throughout Poland (79 clinics). The previous owner of DANTEX MED was the limited partnership Dantex.

The incorporation of DANTEX MED into the Medicover Group is an extension of our existing offer and provides customers with an even greater choice of proposals within medical services, tailored to their health needs and budget - said John Stubbington, Medicover’s Chief Operating Officer.

The addition of DANTEX MED to the Medicover Group is another step towards strengthening the market position of Medicover in the private healthcare market in Poland. In recent years, the Medicover Group has become the owner of Damiana Medical Center; Invimed (a network of infertility clinics); and a minority shareholding in Sports Medica SA, which owns the Carolina Medical Center.
