On the 10th of July, Ambassador Jari Vilén traveled to the north-eastern part of Poland to open the newest Honorary Consulate of Finland. Andrzej Parafiniuk was appointed New Honorary Consul. In BiaÅ‚ystok,  Ambassador Jari Vilén was expected by honorary consul  and also a group of distinguished guests. Opening ceremony was held in the garden of the Regional Development Agency, which is located in the consulate building. BiaÅ‚ystok is the third Honorary Consulate of Finland, in the process of decision-making are now four others. www.finland.pl
