The 29th of June is the starting date of another edition of the Nordea Photo – Summer Stage in the Lens contest. Nordea Bank will select the best photos showing artistic events on the Summer Stage of the City Theatre in Gdynia Orłowo.

Since the very beginning the contest has been attended by Maciej Kosycarz – a well-known Tricity photographer. He holds the honorary position of chairman of the jury.
This season, the contestants may be both professional and amateur photographers.

The winners will receive cash prizes and coupons for the purchase of photographic equipment.

The winner of this year’s first prize in the category of professionals will receive PLN 3000, and in the category of amateurs PLN 2000. Distinctions in both categories are rewarded with coupons for the purchase of  photographic equipment worth PLN 1000, which can be spent in the cyfrowe.pl. online shop.
The submissions, either single or in the form of photographic reportages must be delivered by August 7 to the Head Office of Nordea Bank Polska, at ul. Kielecka 2 in Gdynia. The Rules, with a detailed description of the terms of participation can be found on www.nordea.pl.

The „Nordea Photo” contest has a permanent place in the calendar of cultural events associated with the Summer Stage. The number of interesting submissions that we receive grows every year. We are happy to be able to capture fleeting moments associated with the summer aura and with the theatrical emotions of every season” – says Bohdan Tillack, Vice President of Nordea Bank Polska.

The announcement of the winners and the prize giving ceremony are scheduled to take place on 11 August during the Summer Stage closing gala on the beach in Gdynia Orłowo, with the best submissions displayed in the City Theatre in Gdynia.
