Music and film Festival of Scandinavian and Nordic culture will take place in Łódź on 6-8th of October 2011.

Nordland Art Festival is an idea of showcase music festival. By this festival the organizers plan to build a music round table of Nordic, Scandinavian and Baltic countries area. In next few years, festival will be involved in promotion activities regarding young bands and musicians which will represent Norway, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Iceland .

About nine concerts will be performed on the main stage of the Festival. Young Polish artists will also perform on small, club stages (talent stage which will be adressed to the representants of music industry searching for new talents). Among the artsists performing on the main stage we will hear: Norwegian Jaga Jazzist, Estonian band French Films, Norwegian saxophonist Hakon Kornstad, Finnish band Jesse and Estonian-Dutch duo called Fuck Yuo I am Robot.
