From 21 March 2011 initial medical check-ups are no longer necessary for persons employed again by the given employer on the same position as previously occupied by them or on a position with the same conditions of work as the position previously occupied by them, on the basis of a subsequent employment contract concluded within 30 days from termination or expiration of the previous employment contract with that employer.
