On February 25, 2011 the Sejm accepted a draft act on limitation of administrative barriers for citizens and entrepreneurs.
Owing to the changes it will be possible, among others, to submit statements instead of the current obligation to present appropriate certificates at establishment and conduct of business activity. At the moment it is certificates by which relevant authorities of public administration confirm a given state of affairs. Such certificates are issued by officials upon the request of an interested party. The statements will be submitted under the pain of criminal liability for providing false evidence. Moreover, the draft stipulates that the obligation to present excerpts and copies of documents (e.g. the documents concerning the relevant representation in companies) will be limited.
The newly proposed solutions concern changes in more than 90 acts!
