On April 11 amendments to the Code of Administrative Procedure and the act on procedure before administrative courts will come into force. The changes are to facilitate administrative proceedings through elimination of the existing limitations i.a. making it possible to complain not only about the sole lack of activity of a public administration authority, but also about conduct of proceedings by these authority in a prolonged manner.
