On March 7, 2011 the amended Act on Personal Data Protection is coming into force. One of the changes refers to the definition of “the consent of a person to whom the data relate” to their processing. The definition has been made more precise through developing it with a possibility to withdraw the consent at any time. Until now, the matter of possible recalling (withdrawal) of the consent had been questionable.
