On December 7 the government approved the national plan of actions relating to energy from renewable sources as presented by the minister of economy. The plan included also forecasts for Poland to achieve in 2020 a share of 15.5% of renewable sources of energy in the gross usage of final energy in a balanced way. It was assumed that the pillars for increasing the share of the energy from renewable sources will be the increased usage of biomass and wind power.
