On December 3, the Sejm accepted a draft of act on rationalization of employment in national budget units or some other public finance sector units in the years: 2011-2013. The act defines the rules, way and course of rationalization of employment in the public finance sector units. The basic purposes of the act are: limitation of employment in some of the units which perform tasks of public administration, increase in the efficiency of performance of tasks through changes in the structure of employment and creation of a possibility to decrease costs of functioning of public administration. Rationalization of employment is to consist in decrease in the employment in a unit by at least 10%.
