Entrepreneurs who concluded contracts with consumers have to inform them on the change in prices which results from the VAT rate increase. First of all, this obligation concerns travel agencies which have to fulfil it 21 days before the beginning of a trip at the latest. Energy providers are not obliged to inform each of their customers individually about the change of their pricelists. Also telecommunication operators and entities providing communal services such as sewage disposal, garbage disposal and water supply are to be released from the obligation.
