On September 30, 2010, the governmental draft of the budget act was forwarded for the first reading to the Sejm. The draft act refers to state spendings and earnings and it also includes the Strategy for managing the debt incurred by the public sector for the next three years as well as the limit in the number of civil servants to be nominated within the next two years. The first reading (out of three in total) by Sejm took place on October 7.
