Pursuant to the new legislation on real estates management which was directed to the President for signature on September 28, 2010, a person holding a real estate may be obliged to make it available for the necessary works, e.g. maintenance works of cables and appliances for transmission of liquids, vapour, gases or energy, may be performed. The obligation to make a real estate available will also include ensuring access for vehicles and disassembling of public purpose appliances. The period of making a real estate available may not exceed 6 months and a relevant compensation is due. The act will come into force 30 days after its announcement.
