Nordalia Festival, held under the patronage of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Warsaw,  is a presentation of Scandinavian countries in few cities of Southern Poland, dedicated to children and adults. This year the Festival will be held for the ninth time.

The festival will take place in twelve Polish cities: Katowice, Bytom, Chorzów, Czeladź, Łazy, Mysłowice, Rybnik, Siemianowice Śląskie, Sosnowiec, Świętochłowice, Zabrze, Zawiercie from 11th until 29th of October.
 

The program includes:

1 – 18. 10. 2010 Chorzów, MBP Filia nr 9, ul. Prusa 7, Linnea on Monet's garden – Exhibition Zakamarki (Poznań); 

1 – 31. 10. 2010 Katowice, MDK „Szopienice – Giszowiec”, ul. Hallera 28, Lofoty – photographic exhibition  Andrzej and Paweł Garscy (Gdańsk);

12.10 - godz. 14.00 Nordalicus - announcement of the winners from the competition for a product promoting Scandinavia

11.10 - godz. 18.00 Siemianowice Śl., Muzeum Miejskie, ul. Chopina 6, Danish Graphics exhibition prepared by Danish Institute of Culture  in Warsaw, Polish traces in Danish art – meeting with Bogusława Sochańska (Danish Institute of Culture - Warsaw);
