Pursuant to the resolution of the Supreme Court of September 16, 2010 r. (court file no. III CZP 44/10), any claim of an entrepreneur, who conducts his/her own activity in the form of a limited liability company [sp. z o.o.], with regard to remuneration for a groundless usage of this entrepreneur’s real estate by another entity, expires after the lapse of 3 years.
