From January 1, 2011 the decree of the Ministry of Finance will be binding with regard to cash registers. The decree imposes a duty to use fiscal cash registers for recording provided services by persons of such professions as i.a. a lawyer, doctor, expert, detective or a security guard. These persons will have to use fiscal cash registers from May 1, 2011. The taxpayers who provide financial and insurance services as well as services related to sewage disposal and treatment will be released from the duty to record turnover with cash registers by December 31, 2012.
