The results of the study were published by American issue of Newsweek on 16th of August. The aim of the study was simple - to find a country with the best conditions for living and working. Finland occupies the first place among 100 countries.
The countries were evaluated according to five categories:
- Education;
- Health;
- Quality of life;
- Economic dynamism;
- Political environment.
They were divided according to the number of inhabitants and the level of income. Finland scored the best among countries with the smallest number of inhabitants and the highest income. Finnish education system received the best marks, mostly due to very high standard of basic education. Sweden received high notes regarding especially political environment, Norway is appreciated due to high quality of life.
