The draft amendments to the provisions which are to increase the use of electronic invoices in commercial trading are currently in preparation. The amendments are to provide a revolutionary solution by introducing electronic stamps which will not be assigned to specified persons and which will allow for mass issuance and sending of electronic invoices. Thus sending electronic invoices or making them available will no longer require certified electronic signatures. The solutions which have been used until now necessitate using electronic signatures which are assigned to particular individuals.
