Pursuant to the resolution of the Supreme Court of March 19, 2010 (court file no. III CZP 6/10) an enforcement clause may be appended to a bank enforcement title if in the bank enforcement title in question the action of the bank which is the basis for pursuing claims has been identified in such a way that it is possible to indicate the particular action and to recognise it as a bank action.
