Pursuant to the resolution of the Supreme Court of February 24, 2010 (court file no. III CZP 123/09) a case regarding compensation for non- or malperformance of a contractual obligation should be examined in a simplified procedure if the value of dispute does not exceed PLN 10,000. In practice, this means that a statement of claim, a reply to the statement of claim and any other letters filed during such procedure should be drawn up on official forms.
