On Sunday, 28th of March (5 p.m.), at National Museum in Szczecin (WaÅ‚y Chrobrego 3 Str) will take place a concert of a Faroe Islands choir –  „Kórið hja Jóhan”, with Jóhan Mortensen as conductor.The concert programme contains several songs, mainly of sacral character. It is a very first concert of a Faroese choir in West Pomerania and thus a very rare possibility to listen live to songs in Faroese.The concert is organized by Szczecin University, National Museum and PCIT TRAMP – publisher of “Faroe Islands” tourist guidebook and Scandinavian magazine “Zew PóÅ‚nocy” (“The Call Of The North”). Visit of „Kórið hja Jóhan” in Szczecin has official patronage of President of Szczecin.
