The Ministry of Economy is working on a new draft of the Act on Limiting Administrative Barriers for Citizens and Entrepreneurs. The draft is among others aimed at decreasing the number of requirements for conducting business activity in Poland (concessions, licenses, consents, permits) through their elimination or change to ones that would be less strict. The draft suggests amendments to 98 acts, which are connected with commercial law. At the moment the draft is at the stage of inter-ministries consultations. After that it will be subject to the discussion of the Permanent Committee of the Council of Ministers.
