The Sejm has decided to amend provisions concerning complaints about the lengthiness of legal proceedings. It will be possible to file a complaint not only about the lengthiness of court proceedings but also about the lengthiness of the investigation conducted by the Public Prosecutor’s Office. In the recent years, the length of investigations conducted by prosecutors, has come to be a serious problem in Poland.
