On February 12, the Sejm adopted an amendment to the act which, among other things, lifts the obligation to obtain a construction permit and the obligation to register construction work, replacing these with a simplified procedure for entry into the Construction Work Register. Additionally, the amendment will abolish the obligation for the architectural design be accepted via an administrative decision as well as the need to obtain a permit for use of the property.
