In accordance with a recent judgment of the Supreme Court, a foreign judgment (i.e. a judgment of a civilian court of a foreign country) is not to be recognized in Poland if it is contrary to a judgment which has been issued already in Poland. Such a foreign judgment is not enforceable in Poland.
