In accordance with the resolution of the Supreme Court of May 7, 2009, a member of a two-person management board of a limited liability company in which the principle of joint representation is effective, may solely submit a complaint on behalf of the bankrupt against the decision on declaration of bankruptcy issued upon the motion submitted on behalf of the company solely by the other member of the management board.
