New rules of calculating remuneration and holiday pay

The Decree of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy (Dz.U. No. 174 item 1353) of October 8, 2009 introduced changes relating to calculation and payment of holiday pay. The purpose of the new regulations is to facilitate calculation of the pay for employees employed on a part-time basis and to adjust the contents of the Decree to the provisions of the Act on Mitigating Effects of Economic Crisis.

The provisions came into force on November 3, 2009.
