A new ranking of law firms will be published in a May edition of Forbes magazine. Baker & McKenzie is ranked first on a list of tax consultancy firms.

Baker & McKenzie Tax Advisors is among the firm's practice groups that win the most awards. In April, “Rzeczpospolita” daily newspaper named Baker & McKenzie an undisputed market leader in the field of tax, customs and foreign exchange laws. The prestigious Legal 500 has named the Tax Group Polish market leader three times in a row. In 2007, for the second time in a row, Chambers named the Warsaw Office as one of the best law firms in Poland specializing in tax consultancy services.

The tax group at Baker & McKenzie consists of a team of 14 advisors, lawyers, and economists specializing in tax law. The group is headed by partner SÅ‚awomir Boruc.
