It's already a second time ordered by Advertising Agencies Association client's satisfaction testing of advertising agencies and media houses work – Smile Check took place. This year most satisfied from the advertising agency work appeared clients of San Markos - Good Brand Republic.
In testing, methodology that was worked out and carried out by IQS&Quant Institute, both members of network as well as biggest Polish advertising agencies. As respondents were only marketing managers responsible for advertising budgets for certain marks and deciding upon their strategy, directly collaborating with the agency under assessment. Leading position amongst the agencies with highest clients assessment clients was granted to San Markos wit the result of 116,3 (average rating 100). San Markos not only improved their result over the last year (106,3) but also improved the best result achieved last year equal to 113,3.
Clients have awarded San Markos - Good Brand Republic highest award of points in all major criteria. Agency also took first place in the "Transfer" (that means forming the creation coherent with strategy, understanding client's expectations, effective transformation of creative concepts to the successful creations), "Reliability" (that means amongst others transparent calculation, meeting the deadlines and agreements, efficient and prompt operation), "Transformation of expenses" (meaning running operations, that bring expected visual and sales results, at the same time taking consideration of quality and costs, expenses adequate to the situation), as well as in "Innovation" (meaning amongst the others offering original and interesting solutions, fresh approach to the given task without becoming a routine person). In categories "Support" and "Prestige" agency achieved correspondingly III and V place.
