On 1st July 2007, Hans Viggaard has handed over the responsibility as President for Danfoss Sp. z o.o. in Poland to Niels Damgaard Hansen, Director of Operations for the Production in Grodzisk Maz.

The role as legal president will be handled by Niels Damgaard Hansen in parallel with his current responsibilities.

Niels Damgaard Hansen joined Danfoss A/S in 2001, and has since then held a number of positions in the Danfoss refrigeration business in Denmark. Niels has extensive knowledge and experience within production and management. In July 2006 Niels Damgaard Hansen joined the Polish organisation as Director of Operations.

Hans Viggaard will become a member of Danfoss Sp. z o.o. Supervisory Board and will retain his current responsibility in Danfoss Automatic Controls for production in Nordborg in Denmark, Mexico and Poland.
