The Polish Offshore Wind Energy Society invites you to the eighth edition of the International Conference "Offshore Wind - Logistics & Supplies", which will take place in Gdynia, at the Courtyard by Marriott Waterfront Hotel on October 16-17, 2019. SPCC has taken honorary patronage over the event.

It is the only event in Poland dedicated entirely to the industry related to the offshore wind energy sector.
The Conference is addressed to all Polish entities interested in entering the supply chain for the offshore wind energy sector in Poland and in the world, as well as to foreign companies wishing
to enter the emerging Polish offshore wind market.
Its potential was estimated in the Polish government's Energy Policy project until 2040 at 10.3 GW
of installed capacity. This means that Poland is the largest emerging market in this sector in Europe and is in the top five emerging markets on a global scale, right next to China and the USA.
Two-day conference program address most important issues related to the supply of key components and services for the implementation of offshore wind farm projects in Poland and the rest of Europe: offshore wind turbines, support structures, wind towers, transmission infrastructure, specialized construction and services vessels as well as many other topics  will be discussed with the world leaders in the offshore wind industry.
There will also be a deep insight into the current state of implementation of Polish offshore wind farm projects and the growth prospects for this sector over the next two decades.
A very important function of the Conference is to promote the Polish offshore wind industry as local content in the supply chain for offshore wind farm projects.
Vital role in the program will also be played by the discussion on the potential of Polish ports and the possibility of their use as operational and logistics centers for the purposes of implementing huge and complicated infrastructure projects such as offshore wind farms.
