On January 9th 2018 in Warsaw, the 8th KPMG Tax and Accounting Congress will be held- it’s the largest event of its type in Poland, dedicated to representatives of the management staff responsible for taxation and accounting in companies, especially financial directors, chief accountants and heads of financial reporting and controlling.
KPMG experts with years of experience in tax counseling, legal advisors and auditors are responsible for knowledge part of the event. This year, the Congress will discuss topics such as changes in Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Standard Audit File-Tax and technological trends, issues related to transfer pricing and new, increased research and development incentives, cyberattack threats to CFOs and accounting changes resulting from new regulations on the protection of personal data. Part of the Congress will be devoted to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS 15, IFRS 16) and tax audits.
