DZP provides legal support to Enea Wytwarzanie in putting a new 1,075 megawatt energy unit into commission.

MTU Aero Engines AG, a German manufacturer of civil and military aircraft engines, and Lufthansa Technik AG, one of the leading providers of technical aircraft services in the world, formed the joint company EME Aero sp. z o.o.

DZP advised Polski Fundusz Rozwoju SA [Polish Development Fund] on an investment in WB Electronics SA. An agreement was signed by the parties on 9 November.

Michal Czarnuch and Tomasz Kaczynski, who have been associated with the Life Sciences Practice for years now, have become partners in DZP as of 1 July. Furthermore, a new section was set up in DZP's IP&TMT Practice. The Department will advise on the commercialisation of scientific research and development work, and technology transfer. Head of the new R&D Department is Dr Malgorzata Wilinska.

On 24 April, at the Chambers Europe Awards 2015 ceremony in Amsterdam, DZP was named Poland - Law Firm of the Year. This is the fifth time that DZP has won this prestigious Chambers Europe Award for Excellence.

On 29 July, the European Commission finally approved PLL LOT S.A.’s Restructuring Plan and thus found that the state aid granted to the company was compliant with EU law. This decision ends formal proceedings against the Polish carrier.
