Karol Wyka joined Newmark Polska from HB Reavis Poland, where he was country leasing director and management board member. His key responsibilities included coordination of the work of several teams including leasing, PR and marketing, property management, space planning, workplace advisory and office fit-out. Karol was also responsible for the commercialisation of the property portfolio of HB Reavis Poland comprising Varso Place (with the EU’s tallest office building Varso Tower), the Forest office complex, West Station, Gdański Business Center, Konstruktorska Business Center, and Postępu 14. During his professional career, he has acted on lease transactions for a total of 477,000 sqm for many leading companies. Karol is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Otago, New Zealand.
