Michał Grzybowski

Partner and Human Advisory Services Tax and Legal Lead
Michal has been leading advisory teams within Big Four. He has been involved in creating effective remuneration structures for management personnel both domestically and internationally. He has also advised Polish listed companies and international organizations on the implementation of share and stock option plans for managers, as well as on developing international employee mobility programs. For many years, he has managed projects related to labour law and HR restructuring. His focus has been on optimizing HR processes, employee retention strategies, developing and modifying compensation systems for management and employees, and creating long-term incentive plans. Since 2003 Michał is a licensed tax advisor, while his professionalism has been recognized by the “Gazeta Prawna” and “Rzeczpospolita” rankings, where he was listed among the best tax advisors in Poland.

Michał Balicki

​Expert in labour law, social security and data protection in employment, with almost 20 years of professional experience. He has worked with Polish and foreign clients, gaining knowledge and skills in renowned law firms and one of the so-called Big Four companies.During his career, Michał has advised in the areas of individual and collective labour law, carrying out projects on internal regulations, restructuring, dismissals, trade union relations and working time management. He also specialises in the development of remuneration systems for managers and board members, both in state-owned companies and in the financial sector. He has supported clients in projects related to international employee mobility.Michał is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed a course in law with elements of economics at the University of Bergen in Norway and postgraduate studies in risk management at the Warsaw School of Economics. As a speaker, he has repeatedly appeared at conferences on labour law and personal data protection.

Agnieszka Piątek

Agnieszka is a manager who specializes in complex personal income tax consulting.
Agnieszka is engaged in supporting corporate and individual clients in assessing tax (PIT) and social security implications, as well as in analyzing new cooperation models for management representatives. She participates in projects focused on the implementation of remuneration models dedicated to creative employees (copyright relief). Agnieszka has also gained experience in ongoing tax consulting for clients in various industries, particularly IT, R&D or real estate.
She gained her knowledge and experience in leading law firms, as well as Big4 companies. She has been with Crido since 2021.
Agnieszka graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bialystok.

Joanna Szabuniewicz

Payroll Innovation & Client Operations Senior Manager, ARPI Accounting
She has over 20 years of experience working with human potential in the areas of management, implementing recruitment projects, and coordinating and delivering training. On a daily basis, she supports employers from various industries in matters related to HR and payroll, as well as in implementing system innovations. HR and payroll remain, for her, an endlessly fascinating and intricate field of knowledge—one she enjoys inspiring others to explore.
