The Nobel Dinner is organized by the Swedish Section of SPCC:
We are honored to invite you to the Nobel Dinner, an exclusive annual event dedicated to the memory of Alfred Nobel. This prestigious gathering is one of our most important occasions and will be highlighted by a specially curated dinner, inspired by the original menu from the Nobel Prize Ceremony in Stockholm year 1998

Artichoke bottoms marinated and garnished with prawns, crayfish, and fennel.
